The rules of the road, in plain English. By using Createaibbw App, you agree to what's below.

  1. WelcomeThese terms govern your use of Createaibbw App at https://big-createaibbw.com. By using the service you agree to them.
  2. Age requirementYou must be at least 18 years old to use Createaibbw App. If you are not, you may not use this service.
  3. EligibilityYou must have legal capacity in your jurisdiction to enter into these terms.
  4. Your accountYou are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for activity that happens under your account.
  5. One person per accountAccounts are for individuals. Don't share them or transfer them to anyone else.
  6. What the service isWe provide AI characters you can chat with. They are fictional, generated by software, and not real people.
  7. What the service is notWe are not a dating service, a therapy service, a medical service, a legal service or a financial service.
  8. Acceptable useBe respectful. Don't use the service to harm others, harass anyone, or do anything illegal.
  9. Prohibited contentContent involving minors, real-life harm, illegal activity, hate, threats, doxing or impersonation is strictly prohibited.
  10. Spam and automationNo scraping, mass automation, bots or attempts to disrupt the service.
  11. Reverse engineeringYou may not reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract our models, prompts, weights or proprietary content.
  12. Intellectual propertyAll software, characters, artwork, text, audio and design on Createaibbw App is owned by us or licensed to us.
  13. Your contentYou retain rights to text you send us; you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to process, transmit and display it as needed to run the service.
  14. FeedbackIf you send us suggestions or ideas, we can use them to improve the service with no obligation back to you.
  15. Subscriptions and paymentsSome features require payment. Prices, billing cycles and trial terms are shown at purchase.
  16. RenewalsSubscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  17. CancellationsYou can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings.
  18. RefundsRefunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. Outside required cases, payments are non-refundable.
  19. TaxesWhere applicable, taxes are added at checkout based on your location.
  20. Beta featuresWe may launch beta features that are experimental and may change or break without notice.
  21. Service availabilityWe aim for high availability but we don't guarantee zero downtime. Maintenance happens.
  22. Changes to the serviceWe may add, change or remove features as the product evolves.
  23. Suspensions and terminationWe may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose risk to other users or to the service.
  24. Your right to leaveYou can delete your account at any time. See our Privacy Policy for what happens to your data.
  25. Third-party servicesSome functionality relies on third-party providers (e.g. payments). Their terms apply alongside ours.
  26. DisclaimerThe service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except as required by law.
  27. Limitation of liabilityTo the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
  28. No relianceDo not rely on AI characters for medical, legal, financial or emergency advice. Always consult a qualified human professional.
  29. IndemnityYou agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.
  30. Force majeureWe are not liable for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (e.g. natural disasters, network outages, etc.).

  32. Governing lawThese terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

  34. Changes to these termsWe may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use means acceptance.
  35. SeverabilityIf a clause is unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in effect.
